Due to the size of the group, we need you to READ very
carefully on each email communication as email communication will not only
give you information you need about the trip but also gather information that
the cruise company requires. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
The first action required
before the fun trip is for you to check, review and confirm your personal data
as registered. (Note, if your
registration name is not the same as your passport name, you will NOT be able
to board the ship.)
Who is required to take actions:
Everyone. Please notify those non-member
relatives/friends of yours that are joining us by calling them or emailing them
this information.
When: You are required to
complete personal data confirmation by 5PM, Friday, July 18th, 2008.

出遊的時間愈來愈近,相信大家都非常興奮及期待這次的加勒比海遊輪之旅。今次將有180位團員參加,也是CLDAA主辨相關活動以來人數最多的一次。因此,不免擔心有許多事情無法遂一聯絡及溝通,在此煩請大家幫忙審查自己及親友的資料,尤其是有親友跟團的會員,請務必負責照顧及通知所有重要的資訊。不便之處,請多包涵,也謝謝大家的合作。

中, 鍵入密碼:FT888後即可檢查個人(及親友)的資料
, 並作修改。
以下是操作方式:
一,請於 confirm personal information中輸入自己的電話號碼或手機號碼進入個人資料修改網頁, 進入個人房號資料及室友名單。
二,再點擊PAX號碼進入個人資料修改網頁,資料如有錯誤請修改資料後按submit
鍵。 注意:請確實檢查姓名、住址、會員號碼、飛機到達及離開邁阿密機場的班次及時間等基本資料, 並選擇巴士接送服務及親友選項等。
為了方便安排用餐的座位, 請幫自己的非 CLDAA 會員的親友,
塡上自己的會員編號, 並選擇親友關係選項。
三,Submit 後請按review鍵作最後的檢查,無誤後請按confirm鍵。(注意:confirm之後資料將不能再作更改)
四,請於七月十八日星期五下午五時前完成confirm的動作。
船公司會於登船前三星期寄發各位的登船文件,因此,我們在九月底將會召開一次登船前的會議來派發文件及講解登船前的準備及登船後的資訊。開會日期於收到登船文件時通知,請大家務必撥空參加。如不克前來請派代表參加,有帶家人或親友登船的會員也可只由代表參加。(外州的會員會另外郵寄登船文件)。
在遊輪上的晚餐有固定時間 (6:15pm)及固定座位。座位編排將於八月中後另行公佈在網站上,
到時請再由同樣的網頁, 在 Get booking
information 中, 輸入您的通訊號碼查看。
如果有需要買保險的會員請進左方的insurance查看投保資料後自行決定。
所有遊輪的資料或巴士、船鎗等級及位置圖、中英文行程表等都在網頁左方的 link中,請大家仔細閱讀。所有文件有中英文版本的請以英文版本為主。
